Privacy Policy
Effective May 1, 2026. We collect the minimum we need. We never train on your prompts.
What we collect
Account data (name, work email, organisation), telemetry (request metadata, model picks, latency, cost), and any data you choose to submit to caching or eval features.
What we never do
We do not train any model on Customer Data — full stop. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising. We do not retain prompt or completion bodies unless you opt in.
Where we store it
By default in US-East. EU residency available on Growth and Enterprise. Encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3).
Sub-processors
A current list is maintained at inferly.com/sub-processors. We notify customers 30 days before adding any new sub-processor.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email privacy@inferly.com or use the dashboard's data export tools.
Children
The Services are not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Cookies
We use first-party cookies only — for session, security and product analytics. No third-party tracking pixels.
Updates
Material changes get 30 days' notice via email and in-product.
