Terms of Service

1. Agreement
Summary: by using Inferly, you agree to these terms.
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Inferly platform, APIs, dashboards, and related services (the "Services") provided by Inferly, Inc. ("Inferly"). By accessing the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Accounts
Summary: keep your credentials safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable use
Summary: don't do illegal things, don't try to break the platform.
You will not use the Services to violate law, infringe rights, generate harmful content, attempt to reverse engineer routing logic, or circumvent rate limits and quotas.
4. Fees and billing
Summary: pay your plan fee and any provider passthrough charges.
Subscription fees are billed in advance. Underlying model provider charges pass through at-cost. Overages bill monthly in arrears at the rate published on your dashboard.
5. Customer data
Summary: your data is yours. We don't train on it.
You retain ownership of all data you submit. Inferly will not use Customer Data to train models. Our Data Processing Addendum applies where required.
6. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information with the same care it uses for its own, and at minimum reasonable care.
7. Warranties and disclaimers
Services are provided "as is" except as expressly warranted in an enterprise order form. Inferly disclaims implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, each party's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach if not cured within 30 days of notice.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Exclusive venue is San Francisco County.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced via email and in-product notice 30 days before they take effect.
